Consumer Credit of Des Moines is a non-profit community service agency. Our fundamental purpose is to help people who are in financial trouble solve their debt problems. We are Iowa's largest credit counseling service. We have been counseling, advising or structuring debt consolidation and repayment programs for our clients since 1987. 

Our service touches more than 5000 individuals and families each year, with our educational programs reaching another 5000. Our repayment programs return over 50 million dollars per year to unsecured creditors, helping you regain your self-sufficiency while avoiding bankruptcy.

As a part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, Consumer Credit of Des Moines undergoes independent financial audits annually. We are certified under the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and retain membership in good standing with FCAA , consumer credit trade association and maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Greater Iowa.
